To make our stay even more magical, we were greeted by snowfall on the night of our arrival, adding a special charm to our trip. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Boris, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His professionalism, kindness, and personal touch in assisting us were truly commendable. On the night we arrived, it was quite late, and the in-house restaurant was closed. Unsure of where to find a nearby restaurant, we reached out to him, and he not only helped us order food but also personally delivered it to our room. The next morning, he ensured that our breakfast was well arranged, showing great attention to detail and care. His dedication to guest satisfaction goes far beyond professional duty, reflecting a genuine passion for hospitality. It is rare to find such exceptional service, and we are truly grateful for his efforts. Overall, All Seasons Residence Apartment provided us with a memorable and comfortable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zlatibor. We would definitely love to return!

The food is very, very good, the rooms are very clean and modern, the beds are comfortable. The spa area is very well maintained and has many saunas and good. I recommend the hotel for a dream skiing vacation.

Great location, and the hotel complex is stunning!! I had booked 4 nights, and unfortunately I had a cold and could not stay longer. Absolute staff support and understanding. Great recommendation to try their breakfast in the hotel. I could see they have on display a great food selection (I was not able to try most of it, but sure will next time).

Staff, FOOD!!! , the energy of the hotel , it’s surrounding … this our second year coming back and not the last !

The wellness centre provides professional relaxing treatments and massages which are perfect after a whole day on the ski slopes or after long walks. Guests can also relax in the saunas that are available in the wellness centre complex at a surcharge. We liked everything about this hotel. But especially the very competent staff, very helpful in booking activities for us out side of the hotel, like the Sargan eight ride and the Uvac river cruise. Very welcoming and accomodating.

Skiing is possible within the area and the villa offers ski storage space. This was an excellent accommodation! Alot of attention to detail has gone into this accomodation and we were very impressed with the facilities and comfort provided. The photos are an accurate indication of this accommodation, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The owner has really thought about the details in the accommodation, providing luxury necessities such as hand soaps, shampoo and conditioner, slippers, extra blankets, pillows, coffee machine, tea, cooking appliances and he was generally just a friendly nice guy. I would definitely return and recommend this accommodation 👌
