The location was just near the forest and the ski tracks in the center of Kopaonik. The staff was very polite and usefull at the same time. The hotel has wonderful SPA center with everything you need. I enjoyed the very delicious food made at the hotel restaurant. All was just perfect. I`m looking forward to be their guest soon.

The house is huge, very well maintained and very clean. We stayed for 10 nights and the host has provided us cleaning and bed linens changing in the middle of our stay. The host was very friendly and nice person, he helped us very much when our car was unable to drive while snow storm. I would recommend this beautiful house to all families. 10/10. The apartment was spacious and warm. The resort also has a small, lovely spa. The receptionist was very nice and helped us every time we needed assistance. The buses to the slopes leave about once an hour; otherwise, you can get there either with your own car or by taxi.
