The location was just near the forest and the ski tracks in the center of Kopaonik. The staff was very polite and usefull at the same time. The hotel has wonderful SPA center with everything you need. I enjoyed the very delicious food made at the hotel restaurant. All was just perfect. I`m looking forward to be their guest soon.

Perfectly used space, each of the details planed well.Hosts are thoughtfull regarding both ecology, economy and practiality. They even thought about spray sanitizer for surfaces ..as well as litetature for all demographics.. In case your orgsnisation doesnt allow time for skii pass, host put an effort to comensate it by plastic sledges. Comfy matresses. Savrseno planiran prostor i analiza najrazlicitijih potreba. Bravo!

The house is huge, very well maintained and very clean. We stayed for 10 nights and the host has provided us cleaning and bed linens changing in the middle of our stay. The host was very friendly and nice person, he helped us very much when our car was unable to drive while snow storm. I would recommend this beautiful house to all families. 10/10. Thank you very much!!!
