In general very good hotel with a lot of more positive things than negative. Only 1 km from the centre of Maribor, the Črni Baron Pension Black Baron is located in Malečnik, 20 metres from a bus stop. Really great spacious family apartments! The hosts really friendly! They gave us some snacks and bottled water for our trip as a gift! Great breakfast! Sadly we didn't taste the pizza they are offering in restaurant area.

Just 4.5 km from the centre of Maribor, the family-run Motel Lesnik offers a spa area and a miniature golf course. Free WiFi and wired internet is available in all rooms. Evetything was clean, the room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was heavenly, with home made juice, pickles, salad from own garden, and locally sourced free range eggs. The home made cakes were also delicious! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always smiling. On the property there is a mini golf course and a big playground. There is also enough parking spaces. This was a already our third stay here and we will definitely come back next year!
