I loved the order of getting the key to our room and all the explanations received prior to arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. Initially, I was thinking that it's not well heated, but it was my bad. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Checkout went sweeftly. In short , PERFECT!!!

Ski equipment hire is offered 100 metres away and the train station is set 200 metres away. We were very happy with this hotel. The apparment was big and clean, it had two rooms and the kitchen, also a balcony with the mountain view. The beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect.

The location was great, calm environment, close connected with forest. Excellent restaurant and gourment dinners, very good wellness and nice friendly and willing people work there. Rooms were clean and cosy. I am looking forward to return there for my next visit. 10 out of 10!

Horský Hotel Popradské Pleso is a good starting point to go hiking and take part in guided alpine hikes to Gerlach or Vysoka, as well as join mountain climbing tours in the High Tatras. Amazing location, this place stole my heart :)
