Everything matched and promised a great vacation! Despite the cloudy weather outside, we felt cozy and comfortable in the room! It was clean, stylish, equipped with everything you need! At first, we were given the room we booked, but a couple of hours later, we received a call from reception and were asked to move to another room, since for technical reasons there would be no water in our room. And the room we moved to was even bigger, even cooler! It had a view of the lake and the mountains! As an apology for the inconvenience, we were given a bottle of prosecco, which brightened up our evening with my friend! The hotel also has a spa with a jacuzzi! It's fantastic! We were happy with our vacation and recommend this chain of hotels!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It looks fantastic, the food is unbelievably good, the spa is wonderful and the staff did everything to make us feel welcomed. It is only 15 min drive from ski slopes that we enjoyed every day.

Hotel HORIZONT RESORT is in the village of Stará Lesná, only 2 km from Tatranská Lomnica the ski area. Beautiful hotel, great location, nearby all points of interest. The pool is great, heated (33-34 degrees), there's both a small indoor and a bigger outdoor playground which was really great for the kids. The room was massive with beautiful views of forests and mountains. Everything was spotless. The food choice is not massive but the quality is top notch and the menu changes daily which was really nice. Highly recommended for a nature-first holiday with kids. Having bathrobes waiting in the room exactly the size for our kids was a beautiful touch.

Perfect location for a ski holiday, a short walk to the ski lift. The property is grand, a mix of old and new . Feels very much like a mountain lodge. My room had amazing views of the mountains and surrounding forests, very quiet and peaceful . Breakfast was perfect, everything fresh and lots to choose from. The ski equipment room and lockers made it easy for me to get ready for each day skiing.

4-star APLEND Wellness Hotel Borovica is set in the heart of the High Tatras in Štrbské Pleso, the highest village of the Tatra Mountains. Amazing location. Food is excellent. Staff are very knowledgable and polite. It is really easy to get to beautiful places from here. The room is well equipped.

Set at 1500 metres above the sea level and on the trail of Tatranska Magistrala in the Mengusovska Valley in the High Tatras, this hotel is a 60-minute hike from Strbske Pleso.
