So many great things about this place to count, it is super clean, I've been to so many 5 stars hotels and resorts and this one is among the cleanest, the open buffet was almost all day long with 5 distinct meals which is so rare , in fact first time to see this, the location is perfection, super beautiful ( winter time , skiing), the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr.Serkan, whom was super helpful in some tough situations (changed rooms and lost my Credit card while skiing) .everything was included with rhe reservation even the minibar.over all amazing experience

The breakfast was delicious. The staff were welcoming, especially the project manager, Mr. Fatih, who provided for all our requests. We stayed in the winter and will come in the summer.
