The cabin is just gorgeous, it is beautifully designed with quality items and the details were just wonderful. You can tell the amount of love and care the owners have for this property. We absolutely LOVED the view of the trees from our bed, it was such a relaxing environment to spend a weekend in. The bed was very comfortable and the double shower was fantastic!! This was the perfect getaway cabin with wonderful amenities. We will absolutely be visiting again!

A private balcony with views of Lake Superior are featured in every room at this waterfront Tofte hotel. It is located on the edge of Superior National Forest. The motel has been remodeled since my last stay. I loved the knotty pine interiors which give it more of a north woods feel. The sun room area is nice and we were surprised by the breakfast goodies(although very limited).
