The staff was welcoming and friendly. Victor needs a special mention. Since my friend and I were visiting Sandpoint for the 1st time, he left a note in our room recommending places to eat, desserts etc. great recos. If anything was needed in the room the service was quick. Also Olivia was comforting when we checked in I was sure I had made the right decision by staying in this place. The beds were comfortable & the room was spacious and view was nice. The breakfast although self service really was worth while for me personally. I could load up some snacks on my way out. In fact Victor was so accommodating, he said he will open the refrigerator for us post our check out if we needed to take a few snacks. (although we did not ask for it but this surpassed my expectations.) It was peaceful. There is laundry and a hot tub too in the hotel One doesn't need to worry about pulling the luggage as they have trollies, all we need to do is just place our luggage and take it right inside the room
