Very good service and customer orientation. Initially, we made a mistake and took the wrong number that we wanted. But they helped us to re-register for a suite with a minimum surcharge. Breakfast and dinner are beyond praise. The service and quality are at the level of Michelin restaurants and cheap. Javier, the manager responsible for the dining room, creates a cozy home environment. Thank you Javier! I liked the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful - there was everything, both vegetables and fruits. The staff was friendly, when questions arose they gave full information. When I was staying at the hotel there were not too many guests and I did not hear any noise, as was written in other reviews. It was nice that there was a kettle with tea accessories in the room, for me it was important to have tea, although I did not find any information about the presence/absence of a kettle. The room was quite warm, despite the fact that the heating battery in the bathroom was turned off. Things dried quickly after skiing. To store skis they gave a key for a deposit of 10 euros from a locker in the ski room. You need to book the spa in advance, 45 minutes is a little short, but overall I liked it. The condition is not new, but not critical. Overall, I am happy with my stay at the hotel, I recommend it.
