Spa Hotels in La Massana

The Hotel is amazing, the common areas as the restaurant and bar are amazing, and the restaurant manager (The Portuguese guy) is an amazing person worth a special mention here. The Breakfast is WONDERFUL as well as the Dinner Menu (good price).

Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

Stayed here back in Aug 2018 and decided to book again for two nights in June 2025. Had a pleasant experience for both stays. For the latest one, I booked a Double Room, which could in fact accommodate my family of four (2 adults and 2 young kids). During the check in, they upgraded me to a Triple Room for free. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and toilet was a luxury (comes with a jacuzzi tub). Breakfast spread was good as well. Hotel was also located centrally and within walking distance to the sights and shopping districts. If you are driving, take note they have an underground carpark on the same side of the hotel (just further down the road). The open space carpark is way more expensive.

Fantastic hotel close to Andorra city center. Clean large room and bathroom with balcony and view. Lovely toiletries. Friendly staff. Spa was great. The indoor heated pool and steam and sauna was great with view. Lovely bed linen.

Beautiful hotel with stunning room overlooking the small plaza. Helpful staff and wonderful facilities. We couldn’t fault this hotel at all. Oh and the complementary upgrade was truly appreciated. Thanks for a brilliant stay.

Almost all was perfect. The views are stunning, the accommodation authentic and the staff was friendly!

Location breakfast and everything

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. We loved that it was actually an apartment. Great breakfast and a good spa. The staff were very lovely and recommended a great place to eat close-by.

Very comfortable room, with mountain view. Big spa and pool zone, everything is well managed. Delicious breakfast where everybody can take something.
