Exeptionally friendly and helpful staff (Mr. Hassan especially, but also all the others).Really nice big room, the pools were big and good to swim and the gym well equipped. We liked, that it is located at the sea and far from the big noise.

I was given a upgrade in 618 which i love it is has a nice seaview room and the hotel has very big beach area. Ilove the lobby lounge and Saru who always give me nice drink. Jayzel who always help me and ask if I need asistant on my stay Silverio, Bagus, and Marvin who alyaws around if I need a taxi and always smiling when i pass by.

This hotel is amazing in terms of space designs, an interior design. The staff are incredibly friendly. Ms.Cecy from the reception was amazing, her hospitality was original. She was very delicate and sophisticated. This is my second time staying. I have enjoyed even more this time. Do not hesitate to book this hotel. You will not regret it.
