Everything is perfect, hotel is located in a nice area, 15 minute walk to the city center. The staff is polite, the rooms are spacious and the areas are very clean. The SPA is fantastic, it has jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, relax room and you can use them for 1 hour every day if you stay at the hotel. Salt Room and Massages are paid extra.

Facilities were uber! Everything is new and in good state. Staff are very professional. Pool area is peaceful and relaxing. There is a shuttle to the airport and you can arrange a ride with the hotel staff very easily and quickly. Restaurant food is great and well priced for the quality. Breakfast is ok too (buffet) but a bit expensive (in case it’s not included in your booking and you have to pay it).

We checked in around midnight and the gentleman at front desk, whose name I remember, but can't spell, was super sweet. The room was incredible, spacious and roomy, while the bathroom was something else. The spa facilities are also spectacular and worth visiting. A special shout-out to the cleaning staff, who were always helpful and checking to see if we had enough water in the room.

Central location. The staff are friendly, efficient & very helpful. Sylvana at reception & Elix the waiter at breakfast gave excellent customer service. The variety at breakfast was very good.
