    I had the pleasure of staying at The Grand Resort Jermuk, and can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.The breakfast buffet was a feast for the stomach.The spa offered a range of relaxing treatments. Every team member, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was friendly and professional!

    Clean fresh hotel at the very heart of Jermuk, lovely room, comfortable bed and linen, modern bathroom fixtures. Food is good, both breakfast and menu. Indoor pool and spa is pleasant addition. Absolutely recommend to stay here.

    I loved this place! I have never visited such a nice and therapeutic spa center around Europe. The staff was very polite, all the therapies were amazing, all the massage and face treatments were incredible, the view from the pool was stunning! The room was super clean, the food was super delicious. It just was the most wonderful spa/treatments I ever had!! This place is my “must go” every year!

    A wonderful place to relax and restore your health. We had a large room and a huge bathroom. Excellent wellness procedures, wonderful staff (both in the reception and in the spa center) - caring, friendly, extremely kind and genuinely communicative. An amazing chef - he always prepared extremely delicious food, took care of his guests and was pleasant to communicate with. Absolute recommendations! 😍
