If I chose to visit Yerevan again, checking in at this hotel is my top option as they are GREAT and very Professional. After suffering from bad hotels in Yerevan this has been a relief to find this place, anytime we needed anything they were showing all the support we needed. all the thanks to Artur, Janna (we love you Janna!), and the other gentleman that helped with the bags, they were great, and the rest of the staff as well. the rooms are big and clean, beds are tidy and very comfortable. I do recommend!

Great hotel in a top location, in the middle of everything. The staff is very professional and they speak great English. I asked for ice several times and was brought right away. The bed and bedlinen were top quality. Worth booking a junior suit, amazing views. I left a bracelet by accident and they notified me right away and offered to send it. Would happily stay again

Personnel was great. Martha from reception was super, very helpful and able to manage everything. Great food and biggest in the city swimming pool.
