The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. Absolutely everything is perfect. We stayed in one of the loft rooms. Lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. The choice at the breakfast buffet was unbelievable. The omelettes were 1st class. Amazing staff.

I loved this hotel! A perfect, extremely central location in the town, with its own car park and lovely beach/deck, on the lake shore. The hotel buildings are characterful and (not ostentatiously, but) stylishly furnished. Everything is immaculately clean. The staff - from the gentleman who directed me into my parking space, to the receptionists, to the restaurant staff - were all warm, helpful and courteous. Oh, and the breakfast was excellent and in a beautiful courtyard/garden location. And with very good coffee! I could not fault it. Thank you!

Everything was just perfect. Apartment is well equipped. Nothing was missing. Very nice swimmingpool. Close to Faaker See, Slovenia and Italy. The owners are very nice and helpful.

Everything! The best hosts in Carinthia, super dedicated! Great kitchen, from breakfast (coffee!!, fresh eggs) to fine-dining type dinner! Nice hotel, high quality breakfast, very kind and helpful staff (reception, bar, restaurant, cleaning personel) Free and direct access to the Warmbaderhof thermal pools (swimming and a warm pool with massage) where you can bath in the spring itself. Unlike the spa this place was not crowded so you can relax and enjoy the fantastic water and the silence
