I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and everything was perfect. The staff was professional and attentive, the room was modern and clean even in the little details, the bed was very big and comfort. The view from the room was very beautiful, the bathroom was spacious and modern. the elevators were always available The pools and the spa facilities were great. The location is perfect, Adjacent to the hotel is a large shopping mall with shops, restaurants, and supermarket, the location is also close to the highways exits and to the borders with Switzerland and Germany. We highly recommend to stay here.

Great wellness hotel with outstanding service. We were here to celebrate my Birthday and receive a great treat from the Check-in moment and all the staffs seems to acknowledge about this so everyone said HBD. This is very impressive to me. This family owned Hotel is very well decorated and managed. The room is very spacious with comfortable bed and great balcony with beautiful view from the Bodensee. Spa area is very nice, well decorated , and the treatment was also very good. The dinner is very delicious with various dishes to choose from plus the great wine recommendations from one of the Lady Boss (I forget her name). I would definitely come back to stay here and would recommend this!!

This was our second year in a row at the Alpenstern. The hotel has a superb location right at the piste and an all day long sunny terrace. The rooms are beautiful and the pool and spa with the panoramic sauna are an absolut highlight. The hotel offers a big and tasty breakfast buffet and delicious 3 course dinner option. Excellent room - quiet and peaceful - the only sound at night was the tinkling of cow bells! The staff were amazing, and the facilities like the pool and sauna were perfect. Their restaurant is outstanding, providing locally sourced food as well as some dishes with a Thai influence. The village is a delight, with a nice cafe (Stopp) and friendly locals. We chose this hotel as it was a convenient stop on our long drive across Europe, and were so pleased we did. A real highlight of our trip and highly recommended.
