Very good beds, good sleep, amazing view, clean, very helpful staff and a very diversified and very good breakfast. He had a little problem with the door in our room, the receptionist very quickly helped us with a new room, even an upgrade, so we can enjoy our stay without any small problems. This is very good customer service, recommend this hotel to everyone, would stay again for sure.

We had an amazing time at Hotel Sonnhof. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and the balcony had an excellent view on to the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary Innsbruck Welcome Card also made travel around Innsbruck free! The swimming pool was unfortunately being renovated when we were there, but the sauna was lovely and a great place to wind down after a long day out. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel is a short 4-5 minute walk to the tram stop; the tram comes every 30-60 minutes (depending on time of day) and takes around 25 minutes to get into the centre of Innsbruck. Overall we had an incredible time and would definitely stay again!

Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Very comfortable room, good space, comfortable bed, nice shower. Great balcony view. Great breakfast. Easy walk to the tram into Innsbruck, 100m maybe. Sauna and some other things that we didn't have a chance to use. Afternoon snacks, outside terrace.
