I was there on a birthday and they prepared a slice of cake with a candle in the room. I t was really nice of them. Also, the room had a nice view to the mountains.

Beautiful hotel and the staff was excellent . Made a big fuss for my partner birthday on arrival and the suite had wine and balloons in the room as requested. Breakfast was great and so much to choose from. Waking up the next morning to see snow on the mountains was so beautiful.

The place was great! Near with all the area i need to visit. Easy access to tram! A lot of restaurants and shop. But the let down of is the wifi is not strong enought in my room. Kinda sad. But overall it’s a great place to stay!
