The staff was very helpful and nice, the pool was amazing and empty 2 out of 3 times we went there which was awesome, the breakfast was amazing too. Also our room had a bath which most hotels dont have, so that was a really nice suprise too

The room is very comfortable and clean with a nice view of the mountains. The location is also convenient, by taking the TSB train to the city center. The hotel offered us free city card so that we could take train, bus and cables in Innsbruck! That is very convenient!

Absolutely perfect ! Location is great..away..yet near to everything. Ample parking. Very cosy and clean. The staff are lovely! You get a free bus card to use (depending on the number of nights you stay.. I think). We stayed 2 nights. Huge comfortable room..with balcony! Great views! 20 minutes by bus to the centre of Innsbruck..get off at Maria-Theresien Strase. The reception lady gave us a fan for the room as it was very hot, being summer. That made a big difference. Slept better. Kettle and a tea tray in the room. Lovely bathroom. Lots of cupboard storage. Lovely seating area in the room. Shared balcony with seating. Very quiet rooms. English TV News channels available. There is a convenience store "Mpreis" ..3 minutes away by car..and a bakery called "Baguette" that served the best croissants!! Perfect breakfast place..with amazing views! Will definitely stay there again.

It was very wonderful stay - all staffs are very friendly and helpful(one of the staff kindly gave me good tips for trekking and cable car when I asked), the room was well decorated and very clean. There were the essential stuff like a kettle, cups, plates, teas, hair dryer, and soap etc in the room :) The breakfast was really great! I didn’t expect this perfect buffet - Breads, spreads, salami, salmon, yogurt, egg scramble, fresh juices, coffee etc… All were good. On top of that the breakfast place was very cozy and has stunning view. The location was also very convenient as the bus stop is just 1 min away from the hotel and only takes 15 mins to go to Innsbruck city centre. If you want to enjoy beautiful mountain view & countryside environment but still be close to city centre, this hotel is the perfect to you. If you stay at this hotel, I strongly recommend to walk to Liftstüberl Birgitz restaurant as it has stunning panoramic view - one of the most beautiful view in Innsbruck :) I attached the photos. And the hotel gave me a cute soap as a souvenir when I check out. I’d definitely come back again! Thank you so much
