We keep coming back each winter with the family, we love the place, very comfortable even for 5 adults with the 3 bathrooms.

Located at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn Mountain in the centre of Kaprun, Das Alpenhaus Kaprun features a spa area with indoor and outdoor pools. The Maiskogel Ski Lift is just steps away.

Location was good to enjoy surrounding areas. It was nice to have breakfast and dinner included in our stay which was what we chose. There was a good selection of food to choose from the buffet at both meal times and the dinner main was a selection from the menu which varied each day, all of our choices were delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was parking onsite but for a fee, free parking was around the block. The pool facilities looked lovely but we didn’t have a chance to use them.

This family-run 4-star hotel enjoys a scenic, quiet location just a 5-minute walk from the village centre of Kaprun and from the picturesque Kaprun Castle. It comes with a restaurant.

The room is spacious- very important if you come for a ski-vacay :) it was warm (maybe a bit too warm at night) and very clean. The sauna ist great (3 different temperatures and a steam room) and it was not too busy. We also really enjoyed the "silent room". The stuff is polite, kind and ready to help. The local white wine we had for dinner was top, so until the next time 🥂
