We loved our stay there. Although we stayed only for a short time, we felt welcome and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, rooms are nice. We didn’t have breakfast and couldn’t use the spa facilities, because we arrived too late at night and left early in the morning, but it’s a nice addition if you stay a little longer.

My two day stay at Moos-Alm was one of my best hotel experiences ever. The service level was outstanding. I booked half-board and the 5 course dinner was superb. The second day I was looking forward to the dinner all day long. The breakfast also tick all the boxes and even more. The spa/sauna area was very nice and clean. A real treat after a day on the mountain. They even let me keep the room for the day after checkout in the morning. So nice of the staff. I wanted to stay longer and already looking forward coming back again.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was big, super clean and with a wonderful view to the mountains. The bed was comfortable so we could recharge for another day of skiing. The sauna was amazing with finnish, turkish, bio and infrared offered with a nice relaxing room. The breakfast included various and great selection of local food and excellent coffee.

This family-run hotel is located at a beautiful spot, on a lake in a quiet setup, 10 min from skiing areas. The facility is comfortable with great attention to detail and services. The management and staff are welcoming and customer-oriented, ready to answer and solve any question or issue. The food is delicious and the evening gastronomic menu at the restaurant would deserve at least a bip in a Michelin guide. Skating on the frozen lake is an amazing experience. The wellness zone is very well maintained allowing access to the lake after the sauna.

This is a family-owned hotel, and the staff’s kindness makes your stay enjoyable. The hotel is new and extremely clean, and everything revolves around wellness. The views and the wellness center are incredible. The breakfast was very unique and original to the region. We loved every bit of it. We loved the location — you can visit nearby lakes or simply take walks through the village. You feel at peace at all times because of the overall atmosphere.

The accommodation was great! Apartment nice (not the newest but still amazingly comfortable). But the sauna… oh god that was the best sauna ive ever been in! The location too is great and just magical, the views.. just top! We do highly recommend it! The hosting family is really lovely too!

I don't know where to start... the hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet place where time seems to have stood still. The apartments are spacious. We were greeted by a baby cot and a high chair... completely free of charge. The staff is friendly and approachable. They serve homemade products for breakfast. The wellness area is a big plus, the saunas are wonderful. We can't wait to come back.
