the hotel is just in the center, 5 min walk to Planai staff is very helpful, always similing and hard working. there is plenty of food in breakfast. we had our dinner in brunner rest for 2 nights, the food was delicious. Apart from all these, Petra the owner of the facility, many many thanks to her. She fulfilled all our requests. She is always on her job with smiling face and kind attitude . Spa area is just a place for meditation, well designed and extremely comfortable. our room is big enough for a family of 3. it does not transmit any sound from the next room . we had one of our best ski holiday, thanks to Brunner Family

Everything. The view, the service and friendliness, the room (renovated and comfortable), the breakfast and the spa. Location is excellent, only ~100m walk from the piste. If enough snow you can also ski to the piste.

Breakfast was extensive. The afternoon snack was incredible - I would say it would count as a lunch and as an afternoon tea. Dinner was always yummy and plentiful. All meals were very tasty.
