Location is great for both the skiing activities and the apres-ski fun. Food: good selection for breakfast and Dinner even better! Very creative menu and deliciously prepared food of different choices. Well done! Staff very kind and Special thanks to Ms. Patrizia and Mr. Helmut - both very professional and making extra mile for the guest's well-being! Nice location. Heated pool was a plus. Staff were welcoming & took good care of us throughout our stay. The suite was nice & clean & the balcony was a bonus for some fresh air. Loved the hanging swing chairs in the spa area. We were there 3 nights, and the food selection was great, not repetitive (loved the coffees at the bar). We kept our expectations low about the kids' noise level going into a family resort, but it wasn't bad at all. They kept the kids happy (with sugary drinks) with a nice play area, so they weren't much of a bother to the adults.
