The hotel was great, service fabulous, Anneka who checked us in, Daniel who gave us the hotel tour, Matthias who booked restaurants and the phenomenonal local tour guide Anna! Thanks you all. Best in city swimming pool, sauna, steam room, breakfast great and it changes just enough daily… also, good gluten free and lovely art collection of owner on display! Great location!

I would say one of the the best things about the hotel was welcoming from the entrance to the room. Front office/reception team was lovely. Both Karoline and Caroline has replied all our queries swiftly & kindly. Also, the room was very stylish, well occupied and warm like home. Plus, the breakfast had quite delicious selections with ideal portions. Last but not the least, the team was very sensitive about our special occasion which meant a lot for us. Everything about the hotel and staff was excellent, including location and breakfast. Made to feel welcome from moment of arrival by the lovely Nancy. Went out of her way to suggest places to visit and marking them on a map. The excellent Nic behind the bar welcomed us to breakfast every morning with a beaming smile. Rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. Hotel arranged transfer back to airport. Although no restaurant in the hotel, there were numerous restaurants within a 300m radius, with a couple as close as 50m.
