Very impressive and large hotel with a great holiday vibe Beautiful pool area with 3 pools, lots of chairs, a little sand area, wonderful bar next to it for drinks and food We had a room with a terrace and beautiful sea view, which was very spacious and clean, very comfortable bed Super friendly staff Multiple available restaurants, all integrated nicely in the hotel's great atmosphere Very good location near the beach Parking facilities available at the hotel, at an ok price Very clean, modern spa area, with lots of massage and therapy options

During our honeymoon journey along the east coast of Australia we had 2 wonderful stays at the Hilton in Cairns. Both times we had nice rooms with enough space for all our luggage, comfortable beds and a nice balcony with a beautiful view over the garden and pool area were we could sit in the evening and watch nice parakeets. The location of the hotel is perfect for cruises to the Great barrier reef or to Green Island as you could walk to the Reef Fleet Terminal within a few minutes. The staff of the hotel was very friendly, especially Anna the Breakfast Manager was so lovely and helpful and then of course Daniel the Front Office Manager helped and supported us in a personal matter in such a great way we were very happy about and we felt we were always in very good an professional hands. Thank you again very much for these wonderful stays!

The staff were helpful, caring and kind. Good communication, and helpful to tourists. Enjoyed having a machine on-site that dispensed drinks, water, snack bars, chips & milk for your room no matter the hour. Thanks folks.

A very relaxing place to stay , very beautiful and well kept gardens giving that nice tropical holiday feel . Lovely well looked after pool . Very secure and great for a lone traveller or a family . The staff were welcoming and worked really low key in the background to make my stay enjoyable . Close to a well known club and DFO shopping outlet , also a supermarket for groceries . well shielded from main road noise . Would definitely stay again without a second thought . 👍
