Hotel Review - Location: About 35-45 minutes from the airport. Bolt cabs are available—best to book a Comfort car to avoid off-app payment requests. - Staff: Very welcoming and helpful. - Room: Stayed in Room 406 (Seaview Deluxe). Spacious with a huge balcony and a great view. Comfortable mattress, but the bed makes some noise. Good bathroom. - Best for Summer: Ideal for families with kids—multiple pools and a play area. In winter, it's quieter, and i stayed for 6 night and it snowed here only ones. If you're looking for a snowy experience, this isn’t the place. The area is quiet and far from the city; as a solo traveler, I preferred not to walk outside at night. - Access to City: Takes about 15 minutes by cab to reach the city center (~1 KWD per trip). i guess it did get annoying a little at some point to ride back and forth to go to the city. Ofcourse if not the hotel fault. - Breakfast: Simple but sufficient, here is the thing im really simple in breakfast french toast, bread, butter, eggs, and im happy! they do have croissants, bread, jams, cereals, eggs, and bacon. No live cooking stations, but chef is accommodating. Coffee isn’t great. (As for me I was Happy with what was available :D ). - Service: Excellent. Staff is attentive and always ready to help. Room service missed refilling water once, but they provided it immediately upon request. - Overall Experience: Beautiful views, great hospitality, and peaceful surroundings. However, if you want to explore Baku easily, staying in the city would be more convenient. (Unrelated to the hotel) – There are plenty of seafood restaurants around. However, not many places deliver through food apps. Also, I tried booking a trip to Shahdag, but most services refused to pick up from this location. The hotel and stay were excellent overall! I hope this review helps you decide, as I always look for comments that guide my booking choices too.

We booked the hotel for 4 nights and were planning to move to another hotel in Baku, a direct competitor. But after just 1 night we abandoned the plan and decided to stay 6 more days at Four Seasons Baku. It’s that good. The hotel is excellent. The service is obsessively personalized. You don’t even have to ask — sometimes you don’t even think or know what you need — but they do, and they deliver. Breakfasts are not just good, they are amazing. Almost too good. We tried many local foods and combinations. When I needed a professional medical massage for pain relief, they found a specialist with the right experience. Whatever we needed or wanted, it seemed like the words “no” and “sorry” simply weren’t in the FS Baku team’s vocabulary. The Zafferano restaurant is quite pricey, but that’s more of a feature than a problem: a single dish costs more than a full dinner in the city, but you get calm, privacy, and a personal approach. You understand exactly what you’re paying for. A lot can be said, but in the end the only real way to understand it is to experience it yourself: Four Seasons is the place to stay in Baku if you want a smooth, seamless, extra-comfortable trip. Special thanks to: - Anar — the reason we prolonged our stay. He took initiative and personal responsibility to demonstrate the hotel’s trust and interest, and it made all the difference. - Shamil — the true star of personalization and care. He seemed to know everything and managed to surprise us even in the final days of our stay. Depending on our mood, he always delivered. - Nijat — we rarely saw him, but he was clearly aware of everything going on, keeping his finger on the pulse. - Ali, Orhan, Vusal, and many others always delivered top-notch service with great attention to detail. We’re definitely coming back.

Excellent location together with an amazing service. The hotel is gorgeous. From the first minute to the last hour of your staying you would feel that you are special one. Nice SPA. Wide selection of tea is available for more relaxed time in hamam, sauna or hot jacuzzi. Big indoor pool with jacuzzi and panoramic ceiling. Very good breakfast (expensive but worth it). If possible book your room with Old city of Baku view. It’s stunning. Staff is doing their best to make you feel comfortable and happy.

spacious room, good supportive staff, good for families with children, pool and sauna are free of charge. supermarkets and restaurants are adjacent. Breakfast is repetitive except 1 item change every day. Restroom gets a intermittent sewer stink smell.

The suite was amazing. Spacious, comfortable bed and had an amazing view from the 9th floor. We were allowed to bring our small pet for which we were grateful. Breakfast is the best we have ever had in any hotel in the world. The Spa wellness was amazing too. Finally, the smell in the room was really nice, like a mix of exclusive niche fragrances...or maybe that was my beautiful partner.

The hotel is in prime location. Walkable distance to most of the tourist attractions in Baku. I booked a duplex setup, it was small but comfortable room with big balcony. Breakfast was great with special jams and cheese which I tasted first time. Reception staff were good at catering our requests, they were kind enough to check on us as we reached late to the property. Especially Mr. Tahir. Hotel has restaurant, spa, massage and juice bar within. It was comfortable stay at passage hotel. I recommend it for solo and family travellers.

I recently stayed at the Premier Palace Baku Hotel and had a mixed experience. Let me break down what I liked and didn't like about my stay. What I Liked: One of the standout features of this hotel was the responsive and very friendly staff. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, which added a personal touch to my stay. The room I stayed in was also quite spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring Baku.

Hotell is amazing, personal is very friendly and helpful. I didn't try breakfast, but I had a lunch in there and food was delicious. A lot of people has mentioned in comments that hotel is placed far away from city center, but in my opinion location is amazing! As hotel is near the sea, I had a chance to go for a walk literally every night, very beautiful in there, warm, great view. Quite long pool and good spa. If needed you can use hair dresser, massage etc
