    I had a great stay at the Hotel LakeSide . The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive, and they made me feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the restaurant had a nice ambiance and a tasty menu. The location was perfect, close to the main road, the city center. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

    The facilities are amazing. The massage at the spa was the best I have had so far, especially by masseuse Saleh. The location was nice and the mountain view was such a treat (thanks for the upgrade). The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room service was quick and the rooms were clean. The gym was well-kept and the pool looked tempting despite the cold. The only minor issue was that the bed were a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was perfect for a relatively good price.

    We had a great time with my family while we were at Qafqaz Tufandag Mountain Hotel. The breakfast and dinner were very nice. Hotel staff were all very good. The hotel's Spa Center was great and especially thanks to the spa employee, Ms. Sevda at the Turkish bath.

    - Beautiful location and very sceneic - beautiful and very clean rooms - excellent breakfast and good collection of items on the Menu for vegetarian - amazing access to the cable car from the 4th floor of the resort - amazing spa facility for massage and hamam
