I liked that the apartma was clean and like on the pictures. Bars, restorants and markets was close, the location of the apartma was safe and the people are very friendly. The host was so friendly, she gave us informations where to go to eat, if we need anything and even she wanted to know if we came home safe.

Amazing place to stay. Hosts were so friendly and communicative. Bed comfy. House has an amazing view up a hill, some days we rush home so we can catch sunset at home! So glad we stayed here.

The hotel surprised me with the standard that they keep. From the initial check in all the way through the stay and the checkout, the place was amazing. The rooms rival any 5 star hotel in the west (Australia in particular as that's where I am from). The breakfast was great, clean sheets amazing view of the surrounding hills, mountains and the river that runs besides the hotel. They offer a spa and swimming pool which I did not use but did inspect and again it does not disappoint, excellence! All you could ask for in Sarajevo, highly recommended for solo travelers and families. Close to local shopping centres and amenities. The Hotrl Cafe and Restaurants in house offer everything you could wish for and crave. Room service is a little pricey but not a rip off. Rooms have mini bars and safes. Next time I am in Bosnia with the family, I will most definitely try to stay here again.
