the is really near the old market althought it is a little bit high , you can get a taxi easily to the market (4min) The apartment is cosy and clean, The view overlooked the city &mountains is magnificent Not to mention how friendly & cooperative the owners , there were always beside us to or if need to ask, Emela is very excellent in explains the history of Bosnia &an expert in all the touristic places 😘 iI enjoyed her making us the Bosnian coffee 😉 Her husband & his father are kind & helpful too,I thank the family for giving me & my family a lovely trip , that will not forget On the hope this will be our last trip to Bosnia 😍

Truly I was not sure when I booked this hotel but when I reached I found the room the facilities and the services above my expectation and was very happy along with my wife.

My experience with this hotel on December 31, 2024 and check out on January 01, 2025 was one of the best five-star hotels I have stayed in around the world in terms of the spaciousness of the hotel lobby, the distinctive reception with a smile, and providing high-quality service with pleasure. I would like to mention the staff and workers, including Nela, Amor, Hana, Hamza, and their colleagues who make you feel like you are the only guest with their interest in providing all services with the smallest details... Thank you all... As for the hotel's services, they are integrated. The hotel is quiet and clean, very clean, and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. Thank you all and thank you to the hotel management for this distinction. God willing, this hotel will be my place of residence on all my visits to Sarajevo.

I had a great stay at Ibis Styles Sarajevo. The hotel was very nice and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast—lots of variety and very tasty. The location is a bit outside the city centre, but the tram makes it easy to get there, so it was no problem.
