The breakfast, cooked by Caroline, was delicious, and the dining room (along with the rest of the building) was stylish, beautiful and calm. The rooms were beautifully furnished with stylish fixtures. Caroline and Gert were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect, in a vert quiet neighbourhood around a ten minute walk to the centre.

The staff at this hotel was EXCELLENT! The room was beyond comfortable. I am not a late sleeper, but the bed was so comfortable I slept till 10 a.m.! You can not bet the location it is located one block from the main square. This hotel would be perfect if you were attending Brugges Christmas. Definitely will stay here again.

    Amazing location very close to everything and a beautiful hotel , also the staff were all excellent, helpful and super kind. Wellness and spa center was perfect after a long day of walking. They have very good massage therapists that combine massage with what it seemed reiki techniques, we were not expecting this but were happily surprised!
