The communication with Nisrine was really easy, she has been super helpful recommending places to go in Brussel. The apartment is perfect, very well decorated, and makes you feel home! It's even better than in photos! You are absolutely getting what you pay for and will be delighted by the exceptional jacuzzi for a relax moment out of any worries. The access to the accommodation is also a big +++, with the metro, you are there in a few minutes, that's super convenient. New hotel, open three days when we arrived. Super enthusiastic staff. Very comfortable. My requested very late checkout was very reasonable and the concierge's reservation was dinner was memorable. It oozes luxury.

The room was very good, very comfortable and surprisingly quite. Although it was not located close to the city centre, the public transportation stops (tram) were a few meters out of the hotel entrance
