The location is nice - close to the old town, but still quiet. We used the sauna and steam room - the entire relax Zone was well done and very pleasant. The beds are comfy, the AC works. The restaurant is lovely - excellent food and service.

Our experience was truly impeccable, and we believe your establishment deserves the highest rating. Firstly, the hotel's central location in the very heart of the city, nestled in a serene and quiet area, provided us with a fantastic opportunity for a relaxing vacation. The convenience of being in the city center and yet enjoying a peaceful environment is a remarkable feature of this hotel. The modern amenities and facilities within the hotel, including its private garage, were highly advantageous for us as travelers with our own vehicle. The availability of secure parking added to the overall convenience of our stay. Our room was not only well-appointed but also consistently clean and tidy throughout our stay. The housekeeping service, which ensured daily cleaning and towel changes, was a thoughtful touch that contributed to our comfort. As a family with a baby, we were delighted to find that your hotel is exceptionally baby-friendly. The flexibility shown by allowing us to use the kitchen for preparing baby food was a huge favor that made our stay much more convenient. The round-the-clock availability and friendliness of the staff did not go unnoticed. Their dedication to ensuring our needs were met added to the overall positive experience. Lastly, the breakfast provided was a culinary delight. The rich variety of dishes exceeded our expectations and provided a delightful start to each day of our stay. This hotel is probably the nicest we have stayed in in Bulgaria. The attention to detail, which includes a Dyson hairdryer! Is 5 star. The food was a highlight, generous portions, fresh ingredients, served by friendly staff in a lovely alfresco setting despite being in the built up area of Veliko Turnovo. A short walk from Tsarevets and the Archeological Museum. A special touch is car parking, though in the street, is paid by the hotel. If you dont manage to secure a room here come to eat!

The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for, including a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view of the Tsarevets Fortress from my room was absolutely breathtaking, adding a touch of magic to my stay. The facilities were top-notch and I spent hours enjoying them! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. They gave great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, ensuring I had an unforgettable experience in Veliko Tarnovo. Park Hotel Arbanassi has a nice location with a spectacular view of Veliko Tarnavo city. They have a nice playground, so you can enjoy your coffee while the children play. The room was big, the beds were comfy. The big terrace was a big plus. We had one of our best massage sessions at the hotels spa.
