The staff was friendly and professional. We had a house with an amazing view, everything was clean and they accommodated our 2 dogs as well. We also had a great time in the spa and wellness center. The breakfast was surprisingly diverse and the quality was amazing.

    Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The jacuzzi and heated pool were perfect for us - especially after a long hike in Pirin National Park. The breakfast and restaurant overall are great. We had an amazing time here, would certainly come back. Located next door to Pulse - the best spa center in Bulgaria, in my opinion.

    Recently stayed at Hot Springs Medical resort and SPA and it was a delight. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect retreat. we have experienced massage services for all our big family, Catherine. Daniela and man ( unfortunately forgotten his name) perform very good services. The breakfast was not only delicious but also varied. The room was quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. Kudos to the attentive staff. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

    Excellent spa hotel providing everything needed for a complete relax, swimming pools have warm water, the hotel owns a farm, making the food exceptional, we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. Clean and spacious room, two bottles of water provided every day, kettle and coffee machine available in the room.
