The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We stayed at the chalet next to the hotel, which is great for a couple-we really liked the privacy that came with it as well as the delicious meals just on a minute walk to the restaurant. The SPA center was really nice. There weren't many people so we really relaxed. We would definitely visit again

The hotel is very nicely designed, with an exceptional spa area and a huge, meticulously clean swimming pool, which is half indoors, half outdoors. The surrounding landscape offers an impressive mountain panorama. They run their own biological farm and use their products in their restaurant, which results in very tasty fresh food. The choices both at breakfast and dinner are many with good variation from day to day. The services in the spa center were very good, and the physiotherapy treatment no-fuss state-of-the-art.

Excellent location! Very close to bansko, and the road was clean and safe from snow. The accomodation was amazing, with everything you could ask for. The reception desk was vary helpful to whatever we need, for information, directions, a cab, and firewood. They were more than happy to help with a smile. We visited with a friend and my girlfriend and we all absolutely loved it. When I visit Bansko again for skiing. I'll definitely stay again.

Great staff. Very welcoming and friendly and accommodating. Making sure all guests are taken care of and all requests are fulfilled in a timely manner - including the sales/reservation representative. Clean facility, food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty. The SPA was clean and very up to date!

The staff was great. They are allways eager to help and they made me enjoy my stay. The food is great at the buffet cantina. There is a HERO in the background at the buffet who is cookcing awsome food. I booked with breackfest included but then I decided to go each nigh and talke my dinner at the hotel buffet since there is nothing in Bansko that can beat what they provide. And the price is perfect.

We absolutely loved everything. The room had a view of the mountains and was very comfortable. The spa was fantastic! We also booked massages which were amazing. The breakfast was good and all staff were very friendly. The shuttle took us into town but it wasn’t too far to walk when the shuttle wasn’t running.

A spectacular location and we were able to ski directly to the door of the boot room. Huge choice at breakfast and laid out really nicely on the buffet, with the choice of breakfast served to you at the table. Rooms are lovely and spacious and the bathrooms were roomy too, with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath.

Fantastic new smallish hotel in Banya, right beside the ancient Turkish bath. Rooms are very comfortable, aircon and wifi work well. There is enough parking for guests. Very good value now that Banya is ''on the map" so to speak.
