Amazing staff, especially the guy in the bar and the woman in the massage cabinet. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was the best vacation for us!!! * Fantastic food, three meals (buffet), very delicious and rich offer, also snacks betwean meals (pizza, donuts, ice cream, cookies). * Hotel stuff very kind and polite. Room is very clean and big, with great bathroom. * Services on high level, Spa centre, gym, pool, aquapark, animation, pool bar, loby bar, restaurant. Bike rental (also included). * Golden sand beach near hotel, one of the most beautiful in the world. * You can walk...swim...ride bike...relax... Perfect vacation! Great place with extremelly spacious rooms, a place where the concept “All Inclusive” stands out:the food it’s available all day long, the most important place in the building(the bar, ofcourse) also available till midnight with a wide variaty of drinks for everyone; guarded underground parking and loads of things to do inside & outside of the hotel plus everyone was so attentive(starting with the ppl from reception, bar & dinning area too). Every night around 20.30 they’ve had a 30’ show for kids(dancing&singing) where after 21.00 the adults show came into action and you would’ve been entertain by the host till almost midnight. Strongly recommend Melia Grand Hermitage and we would gladly return here with pleasure.

Everything was great; clean new rooms; very good food and kitchen; amazing staff (polite and helpful), private underground parking (for a fee) but the car is safe and at hand; private beach with pools - free sunbeds were always available at any time of the day (take into consideration that you have to walk to the private beach ~7 minutes or to take the ride by a free train provided by the hotel)

Our summer holiday at the Riviera Beach Hotel in Varna: We had a wonderful family holiday with a lot of quality time for ourselves and our children. We had a spacious room with a splendid view over the sea, the swimming pools and the sea front garden of the hotel. The rooms were very properly cleaned and maintained every day. The food was always very delicious and freshly prepared. The staff is well educated and with a customer-friendly behaviour. As very well experienced customer in Bulgaria we may make the statement that Riviera Beach is the most family friendly resort at the black sea coast.

I must give a big thumbs up for the overall cleanliness, amenities and friendly staff. The inside pool and spa were great additions. I enjoyed spending time in the sauna and the nice refreshing swim afterwards. The food was good, and it came in a great variety. It was almost impossible to not find something to your liking. I really appreciated the fact that the staff was very careful, and kept cleaning the tables. The hotel room was very cozy, the beds comfortable, the bathroom HUGE and the air conditioning PERFECT! It was my best experience so far! Overall I'm very pleased and I strongly recommend this location. I will definitely come back.
