Great location near the lake, a good restaurant, and friendly staff. A wide variety of food on the breakfast. We asked for separate beds, and cleaners prepared the room, especially for us. The balcony is a big plus.

The hotel is very child friendly which is what we liked the most. They had special robes and slippers, plus special soap and a lovely bear sponge… great details that made my boys feel like the main guest. The kids Club with animators and many activities for the children was the best and gave us a bit of time to have an adult dinner a couple of times, also, our kids were really happy. The hotel is very lovely and the staff in general very nice. The buffet always nice and big.

Perfect stay. Very nice staff. Spacious apartment with two bedrooms and swimming pool view balcony. Luxury breakfast. Fine location for visit historic old town Plovdiv. Nice swimming pools outside and inside, pool bar. Feel like at the castle. We will be back definitely.
