There are plenty of activities for the little ones. The rooms are specious and comfortable and I loved the details like providing sleepers and kids sponges. It is very clean and they’ve thought about everything. The food is delicious, I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff members are friendly and very helpful. Everything you might need you can find there. Spa facilities and options are not that many, however, the saunas were pretty good. Rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. Then, facilities are amazing - lots of saunas, swimming pools, spa centres with great massage offerings. Buffets for breakfasts and dinner (dinners are paid for separately). 20 min by car to reach Plovdiv city centre. Clean well appointed room modern room. Spa and gym included in the rate, the Gym had a good selection of high end equipment and the spa consisted of a steam room and sauna with chillout area and offered massages. The team at the Hotel was amazing: helpful, amazing, asking us for feedback, if things are alright, the small things that make up for a big thing. The aqua facilities were great, my kid enjoyed the swimming pool, the sauna was awesome and the lady doing massages had magic palms and fingers. The parking was great, going in and out a breeze.
