The facilities were equiped with everything needed for a pleasant stay with kids. Very good location + private parking. The Internet is good. The host is extremely nice and supportive and you can feel the comfort of your own home!

Unexpected excellent services, clean and spacious room, very good and diverse food at the restaurant (half board), free parking place, near the center. Final conclusion: Don't judge a book by its cover! Probably you will see the old external face, but the new interior, the staff, the restaurant are great. Congratulations for all!

Hotel staff are very helpful and honest. I received a phone call from the guest relations manager one week after returning home. He asked me if I had left anything in the room? They had found €600 that I had left on the top shelf of the wardrobe and they worked out it was me because of the ski passes that were with the cash. This was a massive surprise to hear and the staff went above and beyond to return the money to me. They transferred the money by Western Union and I had it back in a couple of days. Thanks to guest relations manager Yordan and to all his team at Hotel Rila we will hopefully be back again next year.

Wonderful spacious apartment with amazing view. Clean, very warm, convenient, with everything required in the bathroom and kitchen for a comfortable stay. Very warm so it's easy to dry clothes after a day of skiing. Perfect for 2 people

Dinner and breakfast were excellent! Great and clean room. Personel was polite.
