The apartment is in one of the top buildings (House 5) near the slope - so very easy to go to the slope and come back (we found it was easier to come back at lunch and eat in the complex restaurant than on the slope because it was empty and we could do it faster). The fireplace is nice for a evening inside but since we were skiing every day we only used it twice. We have wood from the hosts (I saw that there is available to buy from reception but we didn't have to buy them). Two rooms accommodate 6 persons if needed (the couch and the armchairs extend); We were 5 and it was ok (3 adults, 2 children). You have almost all that you need in the kitchen, tv, own boiler for hot water, heat pump ACs for heating. The balcony is very nice also. There is a pool/spa in the complex - 30 leva/day; maybe after a long day skiing you need some relax time. Also bowling, pool (didn't try them).

It’s a lovey place, really clean and comfortable, with a beautiful forest view from the window and patio. Had an excellent communication with the host. Thank you for the hospitality. ❤️ Additionally, the location itself is wonderful, really natural and beautiful, the restaurant of the complex is excellent. You can dive into the forest by making a few steps and there are herbs and wild berries growing in the yard of the property. I can easily say that this is my favourite place and Northstar Ski Apartment is an excellent choice.

    I loved everything in this hotel. From the huge, tidy, clean and comfy room, to the beautiful swimming pool and different sauna options in the spa. The breakfast in the restaurant was really delicious with many options. All the stuff from the hotel was really kind and always helpful with my requests and questions. Especially, Ms Snejana from the receptionists and the massage therapist Ms Desislava. I stayed for one week and i recommend it to everyone that wants to stay there, either for vacation or work. It’s just awesome hotel! 10/10

    The restaurant and the rooms are renovated. SPA center is also renovated in spite still not fully finished. Staff is very friendly and helpful as always. Extended choices for breakfast comparing to previous visits.

    Great breakfast, friendly staff, room was tidy (and got cleaned again on the very next day) and quiet, enough parking spots, central location. Pool, spa and massage options were also a great plus to be available there on site.
