Location, room, cleanliness, food, everything was absolutely amazing! Staff was very polite and helpful. Hotels location was next to the main attraction and also in a walking distance from Vitosha Boulevard. Ador restaurant was amazing for dinner and the breakfast was very good with many options - freshly made food. We ordered room service which is available until 23:30! Amazing option for a weekend trip - also spa available. Very quiet street!!!!!

Honestly everything, I spotted this hotel during my previous trip and had the most amazing stay. The stuff was always friendly and accommodating, the rooms spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood has a lot to offer, but the street is still quiet, so nothing will disturb your sleep.

Great location. Clear communication and instructions from hosts. Always answered promptly. Spacious and quiet unit. Nice supplies of coffee, tea, spices and some toiletries to get you started. Huge fridge and freezer. Well equipped kitchen. Fly screens so you can open windows at night. Washing machine. Huge bed and very comfortable mattress.

The owners were absolutely wonderful, and the excellent property exceeded my expectations. Everything was very clean, and the hosts thought of every detail for comfort. Very good location, convenient to key sites, and even had a lovely garden in the back. Would love to stay again!

    Wow. What a hotel! Reception staff very welcoming, very clean and spacious rooms. Balcony great, bathroom a very good size. Comfy beds with a big Samsung TV on wall. Wellness center included in booking. Nice use of spa facilities (steam sauna salt rooms) swimming and jacuzzi area. Great for a relax after exploring the city. Great location easy walk into city center. Did not have breakfast in our stay so can not comment on that. If back in Sofia in the future will definately use again! Fantasic hotel.

    The price for this stay is very affordable. We had relaitvely okay experience with the spa center which has Finnish Sauna, Steam Bath, Herbal Sauna, Infrared Sauna and "salt room" for relaxation. The breakfast was pretty good and had few options to choose from as its all you can eat buffet. We were in Sofia for shopping and relaxation so being in the Ring Road was very god as the main shopping centers are very near.

    It is located outside the city centre but surrounded with mountains, nature and fresh air. The facilities, spa and massage, gym are amazing. The spa has several types of saunas, such as aroma, infra and traditional, Turkish bath, a jacuzzi and a large pool. The gym is huge for a hotel gym, with many many machines. The restaurant is also very good, serving tasty foods, breakfast is OK, with a large selection of doughnuts. Rooms are big and comfortable. Each room is located in a separate villa.

    Everything. When we arrived, the staff in reception, Sofia and Anastasia were super nice and friendly. The room was clean, modern and quite spacious. The breakfast were good quality and delicious. The relaxation zone was great, nice heated swimming pool and sauna. This will definitely be our hotel when we come back in Sofia.

    It is very cheap given that the price includes breakfast, and the use of the pool, spa/ sauna, jacuzzi and fitness facilities. Relatively good location with a nice view of the mountain. The room was quiet, spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom with a bathtub. Staff was super lovely and helpful every time we interacted in the three days we were there. The pool was big enough and the water was warm. The spa has a good choice of facilities and was quite enjoyable and relaxing. The massages they offer are reasonably priced.

    Excellent hotel in a convenient location. Close to major sites and public transportation from the airport and throughout the city. Rich and varied breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. A comfortable, spacious and well-equipped room. The spa center has a variety of saunas, a salt room and a relaxation room. The hotel has everything you need to make your stay pleasant and relaxing.
