Excellent hotel and spa resort! The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even upgraded our room with no extra charge! The delux double room was huge, crystal clear, amazing design with breathtaking panoramic view! Amazing dinner and extra amazing breakfast, super spa facilities! It was a wonderful experience, the room was large with a small balcony, a lovely neat and clean place. The owner received us in an expecting way, was very helpful. The only drawback that he doesn't speak English but he speaks Bulgarian and Russion. If go back again to Vilingrad for sure I will stay at this place at least one day. The place has a good privacy rooms, and new facilities: nice jacuzzi and spa and a shower.

Amazing place - it had a jacuzzi & a sauna & the property was super clean and well maintained. The hosts were hospitable and helpful and there was free parking. There were a couple of shops in the neighbourhood nearby and the kitchen was well equipped with all sorts of pots, pans, cutlery.
