Pamela and the rest of the staff were more than helpful, I felt like they were doing everything to help us feel comfortable. 5 minutes walk from the Helicopter pad, the birds park and the iguacu national park entrance which made our day super easy.

The open buffet dinner was rich with vegetables. The air conditioning was very effective. There was a kettle in a tray in the room, but no cups or coffee or tea. We did not understand the purpose of the kettle.

    Great location, close to a shopping Center, easy to call Uber. Well decorated, pools for kids and adults, space for kids to play and área for sports. The rooms are spacious and silence, beds are confortable each had 4 pillows. Wi-Fi worked very well. Breakfast was delicious.

    The pool and the outdoor hot tubs are excellent! The lobby is beautiful and chilling, nice space to chill in the evening. Breakfast was good. Great location being very close to the airport and the waterfalls.

    this hotel was truly spectacular and was everything we wished for :) the suite was spacious, including a living area off the bedroom and air cons in both! the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff working there were very welcoming! the pool and gym were lovely facilities and it felt very relaxed. the outdoor lift was a special added bonus!

    The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. Complimentary sparkling wine on arrival, coffee throughout the stay, champagne at breakfast. The facilities were wonderful, sauna, steam room, pool. We enjoyed the piano bar in the evenings. The gardens and grounds were lovely, birds galore.

    The facilities were great - really nice gym, sauna, pool and hot tubs all included. There was also luxurious little touches like cava on arrival and chocolates on the pillows. Breakfast was large with many options and all tasty.
