Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!

Very attentive staff. Room was exceptionally clean with a lot of space for two people. The Bed was unbelievably comfortable. The washroom was like having your own spa.

Rooms were spacious, too, and quiet which made for a great night’s sleep. excellent location, walking distance to downtown, museums, restaurants. super friendly, professional staff, especially the knowledgeable concierges who helped with opera tickets and car hire, as well as great restaurant tips. Very much enjoyed the pool and steam room.
