Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!

Dining ( breakfast and dinner) was fantastic. Particularly like Cafe Boulud. Excellent dinner menu. Staff were courteous and very welcoming. Everyone I encountered made an effort to make me feel welcome.

Absolutely everything, from the smell of the hotel to the amazing welcoming staff. Worth every dollar and the best hotel to book. I have never felt more relaxed and happy with everything I received. Money was definitely worth spent and everything was very well done. I can not wait to go back!!

One of the best experience l've ever had. Staff are amazing, very courteous and helpful all the time. They go beyond the usual routine and guide you. Special thanks to: Louise Leo Muhammad Al Rahi Toufique All house keeping and backend staff too. Most of the tourists attractions are walking distance and easy to navigate. I would definitely love to come again and stay here ❤️
