Hotel is simply incredible. Rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Location was also perfect.Service by all the staff was incredible special mention to the concierge Robert who went above and beyond in assisting with all our queries. Other notable mentions were the reception/front desk staff member think that her name was Faminah ( cannot remember her exact name) she was extremely kind and helpful and was an excellent face of the hotel. The staff, especially Learry, were extremely helpful. He looked after us when our trip to Niagara coach didn't pick us up from the hotel. Learry gave us a lot of very useful tips on how to spend our free time. Thank you! Breakfast and other food in the bistro were very nice. And the shuttle to the airport is very good
