The suite was fabulous. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Nice selection of coffees. Complimentary artisan chocolates were a nice touch. Appreciated turn down service and complimentary bottle of wine that was offered upon checking-in. All staff were courteous. Enjoyed a bottle of wine recommended by the sommelier in the lounge One Restaurant. Returned later in the evening for dinner. Meals were excellent. The hotel's location is near Casa Loma where we took in the Holiday Lights.

Very close to airport. Free pick up and drop shuttle available from airport. Quick check in at the reception counter. Had rented a car and ample of parking spaces at the property. Rooms were very spacious and nice and clean.
