Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.

Loved all the kitchen facilities and the apartment was at a really nice location with nice views from the outside and it also had supermarkets nearby like coop and Lidl and the person in charge also took the time to explain to us all the facilities and how to use like the dish washer, dryer, washing machine and she even suggested places we can visit during our stay at interlaken:)

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very calm and kind, greeted me well, and I asked for a copy, but it was nice that they were willing to do it. Also, I asked for a room cleaning, but you did it neatly.
