Exceptional hotel. The staff and facilities are just wonderful. I stayed with my dog and we both had an amazing time. Amazing staff, always ready to help and keep smiling. Would love to go back again, just because of rhe place, the hotel and the staff!! The breakfast was in general good, but I usually get bored of eating the same stuff everyday. So a bit of variety to add will be a bonus.

All the staff was excellent, smiling and very attentive. Almost everyone speaks at least German, French and English. The facilities are great, and despite the size of the hotel, you can feel a personal approach towards the guests.

Great rooms, nice spaces to spend some time outside the room, musical group playing late afternoon were exceptional. restaurant food was high quality and staff were all amazing!

Great location. Breakfast pastries could be better. Oatmeal/milk too mushy. Sadly those are the things I usually have for breakfast.
