Tschiertschen is a magical place, and Alpina Resort is the place to stay if anyone wants to explore this area. The hotel is strategically located, offers stunning views of the village, and provides skiers and snowboarders with the ski to door option. The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.

The hotel is located at the bottom of the ski slope, in summer a great starting point for numerous hiking routes.

I loved the balcony view of the mountains. Breakfast was exceptional, beds were very comfy. I especially appreciated the keyless management system of the establishment - you can unlock doors just with your phone through their app! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel has its parking places outside - no extra cost.

We loved the hotel and were made to feel very welcome. Staff were cheerful, friendly and attentive. Our rooms were clean and beautifully furnished and we loved having access to the balcony and mountain views. The spa is also lovely and we visited every day. Mealtimes were great. There was lots of choice; food was fresh, well cooked and tasty and breakfast supplies were replenished continually. The staff even made us a packed lunch to take with us as we left before breakfast on the last day.

It’s so nice that there still are hotels where taking care of guests hasn’t been cut of the expenses list yet. Old fashioned place where you actually feel respected and welcomed. My favorite hotel not only in Switzerland but worldwide so far.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location, the facilities, attention to detail and overall the care, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Staff was super friendly! They tried to make everything as nice as possible and help out with every need. Also, room got randomly upgraded to an even bigger and prettier one (would have been just as happy with my original booking but still super happy about it and amazing surprise ☺️)
